We guarantee satisfaction and accept returns or exchanges!

You have 14 days after delivery to make sure what you ordered from Carbon Inovations is right for you. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for another product. Your choice. We will return/refund the total amount you paid minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Some exceptions apply.

Since we will be reselling what you returned, the product needs to be new and with the original tags or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back. Pack it with care as we do.

Important Qualifiers

• ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
• Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.
• Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid.
• We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
• If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or packaging, refund or exchange may not be given per Carbon Innovations discretion.
• All shipping charges will be refunded for product shipped in our error.
• Returned items that were shipped with a free shipping promotion will be credited less the original shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?
Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return, which can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your bank statement.

Defective product are returned according to the Warranty Terms.
